This seems far too easy to be him, he has guns, explosives etc, he wouldnt just let them take him into custody, not without taking out a few police first. His brothers dead, he calmly placed a bomb in the middle of a crowd, then ran over his own brothers head, i think its safe to say hes mentally unstable, and hes def not going peacefully.
