What are you talking about? Are you saying the City itself is ugly or it's now ugly because of the bombing? The area where the bombing happened is extremely busy/popular and even after they repair the damages, it will continue to stay a great part of the city.

Just read that Jeff had looked the one directly in the eyes, and said he had felt weird cus he was in his personal space, and that he looked down and the bag was resting on his leg, and he thought the guy must of gone into the store. So the bag was literally on him when it blew, i wouldnt say he is lucky, as he has no legs, but he is alive and that surely is a miracle! And bless him, wheeled himself to another ward to give another victim a 18th birthday present. He is an amazing man.
