Kinda looks like they tried to wipe it up to me. It's not as thick in one spot in the arrest photo but dang thing is too blurry to tell for sure. But definitely bigger bloody area, IMO.

One can only hope. He must have been hit last night but only superficial... but since he has the same clothes on as the gas station photo, how did the boat owner open a shed and see bloody clothes on the ground?
