In Comparison the the flight that hit the pentagon i am amazed theres so much left. the engines and lots of body work. not a few fragments like the penatagon

This plane crashed at a lower speed and at a lower angle. The plane that hit the Pentagon hit a solid wall at ~500mph head on. This hit at a fairly shallow angle at a somewhat lower speed. The angle and speed of impact (and to some extent the terrain impacted -- trees are more forgiving than rocks) makes a big difference in the amount of destruction.
