You would feel all of it actually. Once the head is completely removed it takes about a minute for all the blood in the brain to drain out. There was a case back in the late 1700's during the french revolution where a man was put on trial for betraying his nation. He was sentenced to beheading. He was an enlightened cat, so he thought long and hard about how to kind of "slap" the catholic church in the face, and he came up with a great plan. He claimed that he was going to blink his eyes after his head was cut off by the guillotine. Sure enough the head went off and he still had enough motor function to blink his eyes for some time after.

I am alledgedly church of England which makes me a christian, well religion can kiss my hairy arse and by that i mean ANY religion, christianity mmm well Adam and Eve populated the world, so incest is okay is it, the ark two of every species, again incest, dinosaur bones what the fuck were they for? the late great Bill Hicks asked a religious nut that question the reply was they were sent to test us. there was once an experiment by a gaurd and a condemmed convict in france. The gaurd told the prisoner to blink his eyes if he was still alive after being beheaded by the guilotenne. He blinked for thirty seconds after being beheaded.
