Re: Allen Lee Davis Excution Photos
after what he did, he deserved it. i can't believe there was even an outcry. seriously. i am glad the husband and father of the ones he violenty murdered got to watch every painful jolt. i also suppose the "EXPERTS" didn't realise blood thinners would do this? or did they? futhermore, they gave this guy parole. he did this unspeakable crime whilst on parole! i only assume it was early. how many times will they give these people parole early to let them get out and either repeat a heinous act or do worse. it's not like it was like the execution of Del in The Green Mile when the asshole shithead purposely didn't wet the sponge. even though this character deserved to die, you didn't want it to be done like that for some reason. Re: Allen Lee Davis Excution Photos
It is my opinion that parole, probation, good behavior and all other 'alternate sentencing' should be reserved exclusively for first offenders, even if they are minors...and that those found guilty of the escalating crimes of robbery, rape and domestic violence should have much harsher sentences including electronic monitoring after release...in far too many cases, murders are comitted by those that the system has declared 'reformed' and ready to reenter society, even though they have long lists of offences under their belts attesting to their true natures...

Re: Allen Lee Davis Excution Photos
Me either! I can't stand it when these prisoners command "decent" care, housing, food, dental, RIGHTS, etc...when the victims got SHIT. They should get nothing. It's ridiculous how good they have it! Half of the world's general population probably wishes they had it so good.

Re: Allen Lee Davis Excution Photos
i think it's funny when the criminals say that the chair is cruel and unusual punishment. i'm sure this guy did too but, wasn't so cruel when he beat to death a women who was pregnant and killed her 2 daughters (ages 9 and 5). if capital punishment exists, it's there for a reason.

Re: Allen Lee Davis Excution Photos
In the Weiler home, Allen Lee Davis attacked Nancy Weiler, 37, who at the time was three months pregnant with the family's third child. Davis bludgeoned Mrs. Weiler--who was the corresponding secretary of the PTA at her children's school--so severely that she was barely recognizable when police found her body. Davis brutalized Mrs. Weiler with such force that the trigger guard on the gun with which he was beating her broke, as did the wooden grips and metal frame of its handle Davis tied up the Weiler's 10-year-old daughter, Kristy--a 5th-grade student who hoped to become a nuclear engineer someday--and shot her in the face, killing her. The Weilers' other child -- 5-year-old Kathy -- tried to run from Davis. He shot her in the back, and then beat her, crushing her skull. Davis received from the State of Florida the dinner he had requested: a lobster tail, fried potatoes, a half-pound of fried shrimp, six ounces of fried clam strips, half a loaf of garlic bread and 32 ounces of A&W root beer. In 1982, Davis did not give Mrs. Weiler and her two children a choice of a last meal before he killed them. |
