He murdered a mother and her two children, I'm anti-capital punishment but if there ever was an occasion where someone deserved to be put to death then it was Davis.

Allen was convicted without witnesses. The only direct evidence against him was a camera he tried to pawn which allegedly was stolen from the Weiler residence.
