Allan did wrong and deserved a prison sentence not a death sentence.

One of the 10 commandants "Thou shall not kill" In murdering Allen, the God fearing people of Florida broke God's commandant.

Are we any different when we murder Allan than the insurgents who murder in the Middle East are?

Today marks the 23rd anniversary of Allan's murder in the Florida electric chair.
Suffering from chronic degenerative medical conditions, heart disease, & going deaf, he required a wheel chair and had elevated blood pressure and was a chain smoker.
Death would not come easy on the 8th of July 1999. The guards appeared to take pleasure in tightly securing restraints across his face which had Allan roaring as he fought to breath. Seconds later, the deadly electric current would pass through his massive frame causing burns and scaring to his shaved skull, groin, and shaved leg.
Florida got its wish. Allan was dead, murdered and tortured by the proud citizens of Florida.

Talk about sympathy for a devil- this murderer had slaughtered two children and their mother. If they would have slow roasted him or inflicted the death of a thousand cuts it would have been too merciful for him!
