The fifth victim was shot several times but was later taken to a hospital where he died which is why you dont see his body there but see the blood. The report i linked goes into more detail on his injuries. I have no clue though what that orange stuff is. You can see it next to the suspect and next to the female victim.

Orange stuff is CSF fluid. While normally clear, when there is a slight amount of blood in it, it will be orange.
