Saddest thing is White cheat on the Diaz bros, not a secret, and I cannot see Cerrone beating MCgregor

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread

Cerrone is done, not sellable anymore.

Any predictions on tomorrow's fight?, Lawler by damage is mine.

He's the most dangerous welterweight since he learnt to be patient...so yes mine too. But Condit is a tough guy so the only thing absolutely sure : great fight.

Like I said...

I feel bad for Condit, I'm not a judge, but I can say I've got a good look about fights, at least, I don't dig the descision, maybe wrong, but around 500 shots from him and lost by split descision?????

That was actually hard to watch Sakuraba getting smashed like this. Great event all around.

I had it 3 rounds to 1 for Condit going into the 5th, with Robbie winning the last round. So 47-48 for Carlos Condit. Thats why you dont leave the fucking decison to the judges. Carlos Condit you the real champ, brother. I just wish there was some consistency in MMA judging.

Total agree, with much respect for Lawler, of course.

The stage is set for a massive payday, GSP vs Lawler at UFC 200. It feels somewhat strange to see Robbie as champion because he's one dimensional. He's a slugger who can KO just about anyone, but he's one dimensional. That’s why you can’t slug with him. Jake Shields subbed him. Nick Diaz ko'd him. Robbie is not unbeatable. As a matter of fact a guy like GSP would smash him. It’s a fight we need to see happen.

Re: DR's Official MMA Thread

I like the fighter gsp is, behaviour, fight control and technic,( plus he speaks french) but he's so boring to watch, I mean, looking for points and letting the clock running ...Of course i understand well the way he does, you've got to be great to win every rounds of every fights, but in the real self-defense ju-jitsu world (streets) it does not work like that...My speech can sound stupid, I know, but this is the vision I've got about it, how I learnt japanes Ju-jitsu and judo(since I'm 12 yo, I'm 36 now). You sound right, (however, everything can happen in a fight) but let's say if UFC allowing a pride clock, or 12 rounds for example, GSP would have less chance to be so great. Nick Diaz should...Only my point of view...That's why I respect him way more than GSP, even if he's a trash talker (I think he fakes to be a thug). I agree GSP should return back to the UFC, he's a reason to show how respect works in MMA (BTW congrats to Condit and Lawler for showing so this last WE) but I prefer to see Diaz vs Lawler 2( new Lawler I mean) I would say Lawler winning by descision...As usual, nobody can finish Nick;)
