Claude Patrick was a substitute for the injured Rory Mac, which imo would have whooped Ebersole easily.

To answer your question man, the fight was too close to judge and we started drinking early so your judgment would be better than mine. Luckily most of the card had crazy finishes. I definitely have to re watch the event to give you my opinion.

Melendez needs to be in the UFC, he has taken out all top 10 non UFC fighters and has no one too fight any more. Dana is using him as a marketing tool to try and make strikeforce a legitimate organization rather then a third rate one for UFC rejects. I think he needs to sign some UFC guys to a one fight contract and get them over too fight Melendez in Strikeforce for non title 5 round fights for some big $$$. Either that or let Melendez in the UFC the guy has more then paid his dues and deserves to be in the best organization.

Melendez just beat a competitor at his own game, there is no reason he shouldn't be given a chance. If he loses then fine but he should be given a chance to prove himself against some top competitors regardless if it's in SF or the UFC.
