FBI RICO File on Joseph E. Todaro Sr. in Buffalo

This Buffalo FBI RICO file concerns Joseph Edward Todaro Sr. and alleged organized-crime activity in the Buffalo area. The released records span 1981 and 1982 and include surveillance logs, FD-302 interview and surveillance reports, motor-vehicle record checks, memoranda, and liaison material from Cheektowaga police. Agents documented observations at La Nova Pizzeria, Todaro's residence, and the Executive Inn, where police reported meetings involving Todaro and other alleged organized-crime figures. The file inventory shows subfiles for Colonial Vending, Postal Service mail-cover records, pen-register material, and efforts to identify subscribers to called telephone numbers; much of that material was withheld or deleted.
