The released material is an April 9, 2019 FBI Kansas City presentation prepared in connection with a racially motivated extremism threat summit. It identifies shooter Brenton Harrison Tarrant, describes his white-supremacist, anti-immigrant, and anti-Muslim ideology, and notes that he livestreamed the first attack and circulated a manifesto beforehand. The presentation lists the attacks' locations, fatalities, and injuries, and includes an implications and outlook section that is largely not readable in the OCR. Two pages were withheld from the release.
