Not an American soldier, though I'm sure they did their fair share of torture. Not to the extent of the brutality of the Vietnamese though. They have a different culture, without many of the restraints and norms we have. I lost relatives that were drafted to that war, and honestly no torture would be too brutal for those animals over there.
