Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
From what i've read i would conclude he most likely did murder her, but he, and nobody else, deserves the sort of death that he endured and no civilised society would ever carry that out.

Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
it's not that they are not capable of the crime, but it comes down to whether they understand the difference between right and wrong. I thought everyone knew that. Obvs not.

Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
Guys, this is 2013. Stop saying "retarded." Imagine if you had a mentally handicapped child and people went round calling him a "retard." Just stop.

Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
I wasn't crazy about that word being used that way either. Usually, when that word is used, it's meant that the person is an idiot, but, when someone is mentally or physically challenged, it's not approrpriate, even though it was an old post. |

Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
Strange how there wasn't anywhere near the number of inter-racial rapes and murders back then as there are today. I wonder why? I say, if he did it, Fuck'em he got what he deserved. |

Re: Retard Mutilated & Burned Alive
I was born in Waco, Just before the Branch Dividian. That boy did not rape that woman. He had special needs and Texas is notorious for giving absolutely zero shits about anyone with special needs. Odds are, he agreed because he was being threatened and didn't understand the situation at hand. Anyone heard of Emmett Till? During (and CERTAINLY after) slavery, black people were characterized as sex-crazed, savage, stupid, lazy indigents that required the rule of the White Man. This was how we justified brutalizing and depersonifying them. This breaks my heart. That child died sobbing, terrified, and alone amongst hundreds.
