this is actually a miscarried baby. the original photo is in color and the fetus is black and blue, not burnt by saline. the mother had to deliver it up to a week after it died as she didnt know. the fetus was then taken somehow by a pro life minister and he ran out into a pro life rally with it claiming it was aborted. he was arrested. i forget his name but remember the article and news story.
