fainting (syncope) is from a global cerebral hypoperfusion. Increase in blood flow to the brain (like what would could happen if she stayed in that position for a good time, or after a person gets a carotid endarterectomy)that reaches levels enough to cause problems is termed hyperperfusion syndrome. features of that are headache, focal motor seizures and intercerebral hemorrhage
