When I was in China on a tour, our tour guide said she turned down all tours with Japanese on them. She mostly did Americans and Brits. There is still deep anti-Japanese sentiment in China. |

This is why you never surrender. The Chinese soldiers would've been better off burning their own city or giving their weapons to the civilians. NEVER SURRENDER or expect agony. They could've at least sacrificed themselves to save the civilians, if they had no ammo they should've fought with hand weapons, it's not as if their surrender saved them.
