I've never understood why Hitler didn't answered this with Sarin in V2-rockets.
The V2 had 1000kg payload and over 1200 hit London during the war.

Germany invented Sarin during the war and produced a few tons of it, but I've never read reports about its use.

The Allies ability to retaliate with overwhelming attacks with chemical and/or biological agents stopped the Germans from using chemical and/or biological agents.
