There is no "splatter" on his pants... if he'd have been hit head first wouldn't the impact and the direction of the train cause splatter on his pants?
And, even though it's a b&w..... doesn't it look like there is MORE.....stuff at the upper part of his body?

Just looking at this makes me cringe. The thought of a oncoming train slicing me up in two from the crotch is giving me the jitters lol. I have this strange idea that we feel some pain as we die, maybe even a few seconds after from all the nerve endings...I'm probably wrong but I freak myself out lol.
