Did you know that after WW2 the allies sold off some of Germanys stuff to pay for war costs. One of them was the formula for a sythentic tire that would roll for 1 million miles before a replacement was needed. It was bought by B.F. Goodrich and never saw the light of day again.  |

Most of mengeles "findings" were destroyed. We actually gained very little from what he did. His twin studies were exceptionally brutal.

These experiments were done actually in order to see options to save pilots that were being taken out the English Channel, during the "Battle of England", where many pilots died of exposure to freezing waters. In the end, the best option found was immersion in warm water.
