That is entirely possible, happens all the time, though I did a bit of looking and it turns out bath tub drownings are not all that uncommon within the drowning suicide catagory (drowning only accounts for about five percent of all suicides). Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
It just doesn't look like I would have left him like...uh.... yeah... you're right it was a suicide... yeah...a suicide.
