Re: ASSORTED VINTAGE-CREEPY-WEIRD-GRAD UPDATES
Since I recognized Lizzie Borden in one of your pictures, I've attached the crime scenes of her father and step mother. I can only confirm one sister, Emma, who was older, so I'm not sure who the other woman is in the photo you posted. Could be their birth mother. Lizzie is on the right in yours. Photos, after yours: Lizzie and, "the poem." Abby Borden, Lizzie's stepmother, ass up crime scene Hair found near Abby's body Andrew Borden's autopsy Andrew Borden crime scene photo wikipedia has some interesting facts. Here is that link, if anyone is interested. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lizzie_Borden#Background |

EEK! I've only seen a few of the death photos, but, I am sure there are people who never saw them. There was a member, victorian something or something victorian, who used to post the old Victorian photos and I posted a thread with some a while ago. |

^ hey Diamond- just finished a book about the Borden murders with the alternative theory that Emma did it- very interesting. BTW, their birth mother died when Lizzie was six, I believe. |

Re: ASSORTED VINTAGE-CREEPY-WEIRD-GRAD UPDATES
Modern forensics doesn't believe Lizzie did it either It's funny you said that. There was an episode of, "Alfred Hitchcock," if memory serves, but, one of the old black and white series, and it hinted that Emma did it and Lizzie helped hide the weapon. So, the photo may be the stepmother, which might explain why no one is smiling. Did the book go into the selling of the house back and forth? The wikipedia link has a lot of information. Did it mention whose hair that was? That is just weird. |

Re: ASSORTED VINTAGE-CREEPY-WEIRD-GRAD UPDATES
I swear to you I have seen this couple with a different child in a memorial pic. An older child. I will have to scour some sites to see if I can find it. Perhaps it was an illness that wiped part of the family out....hopefully nothing more sinister. |
