PS: the card was placed in the hand for effect by a reporter/photographer. The Ace of Spades has since been considered bad luck by the LCA (mafia).

Just watch the movie "Mobsters". This was the stuff the inspired all the movies. Most of the mob movies were based somewhat on fact. "Mobsters" although not that great of a movie followed the facts pretty close. Wasnt that great of a movie but I always liked it because it stayed pretty true to the real story.
