It never amazed me the practice of honoring the dead. Obviously, in many countries, especially here in America, this type of practice has been largely abandoned. Nowadays, the body resides in a funeral home, chapel and church for viewing. Nice collection of B/W's.  |

Very fascinating pictures - i always was interested in old post mortem pictures, and would always go to ebay as my source.
