thing is... i have experince with opiates and i love them... so heroin would be like a "dream" for me. it would be amazing... but it would be the end of me for sure! i cant handle alcohol without being an addict... heroin is one of the few substances i know for a fact i cant handle before i even try it.  |

Action News PHILADELPHIA - March 11, 2014 (WPVI) -- Police have tracked down the mother captured on video onboard the Route 66 SEPTA bus in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia last week. The woman appeared to be under the influence of some type of substance, and the girl with her repeatedly tried to get her attention. Police and the Department of Human Services located the family over the weekend, and the girl is now in the custody of Godparents. Police say no charges have been filed at this time.
