The fact that bath salts aren't regulated is the issue here. While some people may be fine smoking/snorting one brand, they may go totally fucking nuts hitting a new brand. Who knows what the actual active chemicals in each brand are or how much is actually in there? The manufacturers can say there's fucking 67% unicorn sperm in there if they want.
