What a load of bullshit. Don't forget the L.A. Department of Children and Family Services usually only responds to reports. Someone turned in Willow Smith. It's typical nanny state stupidity. That same agency can literally kill children in their care/custody and it's no big deal, but God help us if two idiot actors take a semi racy photo of themselves and post it on Facebook. This isn't the first time this has happened and it won't be the last either.

I'm just guessing here, but I would imagine it's that she's 13. If some jack off dropped a dime on the photo, then they're obligated to investigate. Why does this current generation keep posting all sorts of photos and videos on Facebook and then wonder why they get in trouble? Stop posting shit and no one will know what you're doing. Geez.
