I don't doubt your info, but it still make sense to me that an erect penis needs high blood pressure to stay "inflated". Like a car tire, the more air pressure you pump into it the harder it gets, doesnt matter how wide the hose is, you still need more air pressure to make it hard. Didn't know it was made to counteract high blood pressure!
