Just like when people quote their favorite passages from the Bible, you can twist statistics to demonstrate just about ANYTHING, ; you can twist them until you are red, white, and blue in the face and it isnt going to make a bit of difference to the situation.

Lulz. You can get your panties in a bunch all you'd like, but these things are not made up. They are real statistics from the DOJ and FBI that everyone, even yourself, can look up. There is no twisting. This is just reality. What might make a difference is if people, like yourself, would at least acknowledge the problem so that actual solutions can be formulated.
