No, you can find a good person and give them the dog for free, or sell it for any amount.

The amount of money charged, does not determine the quality of the person.

Right, so if a 16 month old child goes to pet a dog and gets their face ripped off, it's not the fault of the adult responsible for supervising the kid, or the fault of the owner who knows their pet has a questionable history- the baby should have known better?

I love how you put words in my mouth to make your point. There actually are children (and there was a very big case here in my country recently) that are cruel to animals and that provoke them and yes, deserve to be bitten. Newsflash, not all bites are unprovoked. I never said the age, much less got into the subject of stupid parenting or "how a toddler petting a dog deserves it" I said a stupid kid, and god knows there are many. I said there are kids who deserve it, period. Also, haha do I look like someone who to wants continue to overpopulate the planet with human stupidity? I didn't think so.
