Doesn't matter what the person looks like. I've seen many "Thug Lookin Dude"'s who are some of the biggest animal lovers and take great care of their pets. I've seen "normal" looking people turn out to be horrible, neglectful pieces of shit. If you don't personally know the person, or know someone who personally knows them - you probably have no reference to their character and shouldn't be handing over or selling any living thing to them. |
