Nah. That was a parody of the lyrics from the actual theme song. The real lyrics go: "In West Philadelphia, born and raised / On the playground is where I spent most of my days / Chillin' out, maxin' relaxin' all cool / And all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school."

I live in Louisiana, but I have been to Philadelphia briefly when one of my ex's and I were visiting her grandparents in New Jersey back in 2005. We took the subway to Philadelphia and walked an ungodly distance to the Franklin Institute. I liked the fact that Philadelphia seemed like it had a lot of history to it. Were it warmer and not such a great place in which to get shot, I would have probably moved there by now.
