Re: *Update* Incubator Who Glued Baby's Hands to Wall Gets 99 Years!
@Drusilla, It sounds like your niece was pushing you to do something. In what could have been a life or death situation with a child, you did the right thing. I would feel awful if I hit a child, but, in this situation, I think it was the right decision. Better than losing her and being charged with negligence. I know trying to reason with a two year old doesn't work, but, I now do it with my 21 month old great nephew :) He doesn't really push you, unless he wants something and you can't figure out what. I usually pick him up and ask him to show me what he wants. Anastasia, (ha ha!) I've seen all the movies ;) |

...abuse and a childhood that included illegal drugs and hanging out with gang members. gee and you want me to feel sorry for her. This is all her fault. |

Re: *Update* Incubator Who Glued Baby's Hands to Wall Gets 99 Years!
The bigger issue is that she beat her child, not the fact that she super glued her hand to the wall. If she only did the super glue thing, she definitely doesn't get as long. So why is the title of all the news stories I hear "Woman who glued baby's hand to wall" ? I think 99 years is a bit severe. I think 30 years straight is more reasonable. |
