The video of the sniper team cut off before they shoot, but it shows that the standing sniper (who had a prone sniper behind him) lifting his bipod/tripod AFTER the 3 shots, so it's plausible that they were looking in the wrong area (seems that the shooter was to the extreme right of the podium, lots of people behind the podium even stood up and looked behind them to the right because the sound came from that direction) and the 3 shots gave them what they needed to look that far right and then take an effective shot.

Let's try a third time in case you need to read it that many times to understand it;

The fact that a lot of people had the same thought, the thought being "he's the type of person who could actually try such a thing", says a lot about him as a person and his image globally.

I'm not debating anything with you, I never did. You missed the point of the comment you replied to, and even more comical, you discussed it as it was an actual staged event, and when you did you didn't even consider that it could be staged the same way Hollywood does it, with blanks and a (fake) blood capsule. I almost said blood capsule, but you being you, I figured it was best to also mentioning that the blood would be fake blood and not real blood..
The way Trump touches his ear, goes down while turning, and then coming up again with blood on his face and ear literally looks like the dumb methods Hollywood used before they had CGI blood..
