What if there was no molestation? What if the father fed his daughter this story to cover up for a murder in his barn? I guess the medical stuff can bring solid evidence.

I mean, if I was going to murder someone, this would be a relatively decent cover story.

People can jump to conclusions. A excellent way to derail people from using logic is to get emotions involved. This is why we have a legal system that uses evidence and 'due process'.

It just seems a little bit like too much out of a movie to have some random stranger come onto a farm property to molest a white girl. 86% of sexual assault victims knew the person beforehand, cases like this are relatively rare in comparison. People here of stories like this and think of their own families and it fills them with rage and righteousness.

Just a thought.

Really? At 4 years old most kids are still trying to wrap their minds around the mysteries of coloring inside the lines and tying their shoes, but this one has the aptitude to recite a story she was just fed on the fly well enough to convince the police/detectives at the scene? Come on.

Not to mention the emotional state both the father and daughter would have been in after this happened. Or any physical evidence where took place. Or any injuries on the daughter, father and dead guy that would've been visible prior to the medical exams even being preformed.

The evidence could point to guy that got beat to death being the perpetrator not the victim, the father and the daughter are entitled to due process as well.
