I agree..... Although, if I broke into the home, and your firearm were secured like that, it isn't going to do you any good. But I'm sure you knew this, unloaded guns can't protect you. |

we have a loaded pistol in a code locked gun safe in our bedroom. It is mounted in the corner at the top of the ceiling. On our trial run it took me 15 seconds to get to it. |

i agree. your best bet (imo) if you're keeping one for home defense would be one like this... ![]() ...so it's locked but loaded. the operator can easily get into the safe with a number combo. if you have a shotty, i like this... ![]() i keep mine in condition 3 and use the integral lock at night, like on this gun ![]() |
