Not necessarily, in the UK if he's under 18 then they aren't supposed to name the perpetrator unless he is found guilty and the judge decides to release his info (like Brianna Ghey's killers) or once he turns 18 anyway and it's considered within the public interest. If it's not terror related hopefully it's a mental health situation, because someone willingly and maliciously going and murdering a load of little girls is just too horrible.

Police are saying not terror related “at this time”, meaning it may be.

Thing that makes this not sound like mental health is it’s a pretty odd thing to take a taxi from one town to another, deliberately head into a kids dance school and attack little girls. Hard to call that an acute mental health episode. It’s pretty calculated, targeted and planned. He must have known about this place.

People with mental health issues are more likely to hurt themselves than others. Not always, but usually. It’s more likely people who are acting out terrorist ideology or personal desire for notoriety who do stuff like this. I’ve heard a rumour of autism but fuck knows when the police are being so cagey. Time will tell.

The BBC are reporting this as an organized influx of ultra right wing nationalists from other areas to cause trouble. It isn't. These people are the local residents who are sick of the lies and propaganda from the authorities. They are sick of being told that terrorist attacks are isolated 'mental health episodes'.
