Since the donor was unconscious, I doubt Toad, (just found out that was another of his aliases), cleaned the children up quickly before the incubator came home!

When i was in highschool i rescued a little girl who was put outside and locked in a dog cage by her mother. Luckily, i seen her get put in and ran up to get her so she was just in there for a minute. poor thing was so scared. she was only 13 months old.

Yes she did. I turned her in after that. I guess it wasn't the first time social services were called on her. As far as i know shes being raised by her grandmother and not her monster mother.
