Watch the movie "The Green Room" about a musical group that is putting on a show, but it turns out to be a Skinhead Festival, and they witness a murder, and what happens after. Stewart plays the leader of the Skinheads, and is CHILLING in the role! |

Re: Sir Patrick Stewart Dead at 86
He was wonderful in Star Trek once everyone settled into their roles. That took a while but was a great Trek series that lasted several years. My favorite series that he did was Blunt Talk from Stars cable network. I would have enjoyed more seasons but got to enjoy a couple anyway.. he’s a very loved actor. I’m sorry he suffered from Alzheimer’s and sorry he’s gone. |

Re: Sir Patrick Stewart Dead at 86
Lewy body dementia is a progressive, incurable brain disorder caused by the buildup of abnormal protein deposits inside brain cells. These deposits are called Lewy bodies (named after the scientist who discovered them). It is the second most common type of progressive dementia after Alzheimer's disease, and it is unique because it combines symptoms of both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. People with LBD frequently see things that are not actually there, which often happens very early in the disease. They actively acting out vivid dreams while asleep (REM sleep behavior disorder). It's a sort of mixed dementia. Alzheimer is primarily caused by the abnormal buildup of amyloid plaques and tau tangles in the brain. It usally starts in the hippocampus, the area responsible for learning and memory while LBD is caused by abnormal deposits of a protein called alpha-synuclein, which form Lewy bodies inside neurons. This damage often hits areas of the brain controlling both thinking and physical movement. The most common early warning signs of LBD are Unpredictable shifts in concentration and attention. A person may be completely sharp, clear, and engaged one hour, and then staring blankly, lethargic, or profoundly confused the next. Seeing realistic people, children, or animals that are not actually there. These hallucinations are often highly detailed and occur very early in the disease, usually without distressing the person initially. Unexplained physical changes such as stiff muscles, a slower walking pace, a shuffling gait, balance issues, or a mild tremor. Unexplained falls, fainting spells or severe dizziness caused by the disease disrupting the body's ability to regulate blood pressure and automatic functions. Years before cognitive issues appear, patients may vividly act out their dreams by thrashing, kicking, punching or yelling in their sleep. Lewy body dementia affects more than 1.4 million people in the U.S. alone, making it the second most common form of progressive neurodegenerative dementia behind Alzheimer's disease. While scientists know what the protein does, they do not yet fully understand why these clumps start forming in some people and not others. The strongest known risk factor is age (most cases develop after age 50). It also affects slightly more men than women. In the vast majority of cases, it is sporadic, meaning it is not directly inherited from parents. Neflamapimod is one of the most promising pills currently in development. It targets inflammation and synaptic damage in the brain. Phase 2b clinical trials showed that it significantly reduced the risk of cognitive decline, and researchers are preparing for large-scale Phase 3 trials. Also the Trailblazer-ALZ 7 trial. Since many LBD patients (like Sir Patrick Stewart) have mixed dementia containing both Alzheimer's and Lewy body proteins, this newly launched trial is testing whether an advanced Alzheimer's drug called donanemab can help clear amyloid plaques out of the brains of LBD patients to slow their decline. Sir Patrick Stewart’s final public appearance was on November 9, 2024, nearly two years before his passing. He spent his last public outing supporting his favorite soccer team. He was photographed smiling and waving to the crowd in the stands at Broadfield Stadium in Crawley, England, while wearing a blue-and-white scarf to cheer on Huddersfield Town A.F.C. Patrick also was seen on October 19, 2024 when he attended a special tastemaker screening of the Netflix movie The Piano Lesson held at the Ross House in Los Angeles. During the event, Patrick hung out with the movie’s star John David Washington and his dad Denzel Washington. Sad way to end your life. · · · |

These Lewy Proteins should have been detected by the transporter and removed during the rematerialisation phase. I recommend taking all transporters offline and running a full diagnostic.
