It is disgusting and those parents should seek some parenting classes or something but calling it sexual abuse is going a little far. That psych should consider an evaluation for himself. IMO

I am against cencorship but the sexualisation of children is a major issue in todays western/capitalist societys and will probably cause problems down the line IMO

I'd think the same thing, I don't see how that is sexual abuse if they kid isn't doing anything and the people are wearing clothes. Just because I don't think it falls under sexual abuse doesn't mean I agree with it...
