I think they do have to pass a psych evaluation!! At least the ones here in my town do, so im thinkin yeah.... they are polygraphed to here..... I wonder if the pd's decides their own hiring methods??

The same thing happened in Wilmington NC a few years ago. The guy had stolen a ps3 from someone. When the police went to the guys house, he came to the door with a controller in his hand, they opened fire on him without saying a word. he was shot over 16 times. overkill much? they even shot his dog, they said he came running at them, but the pictures and witnesses said the dog was sitting beside the guy when he came to the door.  |
