I know, right?

But, Gervais has a point. Entertainers should stick to entertaining, because that is their forte.

With all of that said, they (like us "common men") are entitled to their opinions. Which are like assholes. Everybody's got one. So Ted Nugent can play the part of the gun-fetishizing right-wing lunatic, George Clooney can play the hypocritical limousine liberal, and we don't have to take notes from them.

Honestly, Ricky Gervais has been my favourite comedian for a little while now. I love his role as David Brent (currently working my way through The Office UK), I love 'The Ricky Gervais Show', and I just find him all-round funny as hell.
He spoke so much truth in this event.
