but 2 yrs ago, my family was on a road trip.. midnight on the highway, so its pitchblack ofcourse.. we got pulled over by the state trooper for "suspicious driving", long story short, a minute after that the car broke down, yadda yadda yadda, we fixed the car, and took a piss in the pitch black highway to prepare for the long ride ahead of us. we're sex offending criminals.

I guess it would depend on the officer's taste. If he liked what he saw, he might take a look and leave. If not, I guess she would get fined and put on the list.

Realistically, though, men are easier to see than women.

I'd say it could be considered an offense if a guy was stupid enough to do it in a school yard in daylight, but, at night, it's no where near a crime such as sex or any other form of, abuse of children.
