So much for free speech. There was a story about a man suing facebook in France for suspending his accounting for posting a picture of some famous artwork of a naked woman. Facebook's terms state one must sue in the US if they sue facebook yet the french court said that is not the case and allowed the suit to proceed. I don't see why the french court cares so much about allowing a case against facebook when france is notorious for banning free speech and even asking questions about historical events. Most of Europe is like this. The communists in wwii won, in more ways than one.

Actually, that had nothing to do with racism at all. One school decided to not have gingerbread men that one time because they weren't gonna sing any songs about gingerbread men. Kids dressed as such wouldn't get to do their own 'solo' in the show, unlike all the other kids dressed as elves (for lack of better word), starboys, lucia and so on. The whole discussion was ridiculous because it was one boy who got sad about not being a gingerbread man that year and the whole nation just assumed it was because they're fucking brown.
