You have to watch the video, he either made a political statement, or he was crazy. They shot him after like 5 seconds. he was too far away to harm anyone. he stole the stuff, lined it on the sidewalk and paced like he was waiting for the police. Suicide by cop? Maybe...it's ridiculous that he was a threat. pussy cops. IMO
