Re: Police Officer Shoots 'aggressive' Tortoise Dead
I can feel for this guy, I had a scary encounter with a vicious pack of slugs awhile ago and barely made it out of it with my life |

The story of the tortoise and the hare comes to mind. You can out run the tortoise, but at night when you're sleeping.......

tortoises*. ;) anyway, turtles are the real assholes. the news story wouldn't have surprised me as much if it ended up being a snapping turtle that was shot. |

Re: Police Officer Shoots 'aggressive' Tortoise Dead
I've always wanted a pet turtle aquarium. The little turtles always looked so cool and happy hanging out on rocks or zipping around in the water. I'd want the aquarium to be huge, though, with curves and twists and turns and big enough to support about a dozen of the little fuckers. |
