Re: Parliament Hill Shooting in Ottawa, Canada
I was just very surprised that they acted like they were scared to death and clueless as far as tactics were concerned. You're very correct in your statement. They probably aren't very used to this type of activity...but you'd think the folks guarding parliament would be better prepared than anyone else. It's really odd and scary that the Sergeant At Arms would have finally killed this guy. He's really the very last line of defense. Thank God he was armed and not afraid to return fire...it could've been a lot worse.

Re: Parliament Hill Shooting in Ottawa, Canada
ofcourse we just had a guy run into the white house... i was shocked to learn they had police with guns... really i just figured they all just were so rationally thinking and law respecting people that as soon as the suspect saw the badge... he would confess his guilt and beg forgiveness...and be granted ofcourse |

Re: Parliament Hill Shooting in Ottawa, Canada
Cant really see whats going on except the terrible tactic of walking straight down the middle of the room with no protection. It even looked like they where hiding behind the guys in front of them |
