Parents Sue for Decapitation of Newborn
This Story begins in Georgia and was deemed a homicide just this month. “ridiculously excessive force” Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office said in a news release that the baby’s death had been ruled a homicide. Ms Ross said she asked for a cecarian section initially, but was denied the procedure and forced to push for three hours without delivering her baby. Mr Taylor and Ms Ross allege that Dr Tracey St Julian, a member of a private practice not employed by the hospital, applied excessive force to the baby in the birth canal to try to pull him out, severing his head. The baby was then delivered through an emergency caesarean section. The parents were lied to by the doctors and it was mortuary workers who alerted the authorities to what happened. If the funeral home people hadn't spotted the apparent misconduct and decided to not report it, this doctor could have gone on delivering babies. The entire staff had to have known what happened and just let things go, and that makes me just kind of ill. I wonder if there will be repercussions to the aiding and abetting staff for signing off on the lie and cover up/malpractice. Let me know what you think. Re: Parents Sue for Decapitation of Newborn
I always thought the c- section thing was the preferred option when complications were suspected. Aren’t cesareans much more common these days? Just what I’ve observed. How in the hell do you yank the head off a baby? I know those things are fragile but easy decaps??? Not trying to be a sick freak, honest anatomy questions that maybe someone smarter can chime in. Today I learned that videos are not required to make me extremely uncomfortable…. This hideous story managed to do just that. Yikes. |

Re: Parents Sue for Decapitation of Newborn
The 20-year-old mother, Jessica Ross, and 21-year-old dad, Treveon Isaiah Taylor Sr., say things have gone from bad to worse for them. "After all of the abuse suffered by this young couple, unfortunately, Dr. Gates continued to perpetuate it, their abuse, by posting both photos and video of their decapitated child on social media, namely Instagram," attorney Edmond explained. The couple has accused Dr. Jackson Gates of taking $2,500 to perform an autopsy on the baby, then posting a full-face picture and videos of his organs on Instagram. Dr. Gates says he was outraged by the death as well, and anything he posted on social media was for educational purposes. "I want you to hear this clearly, I will never divulge the identity or disclose the identity of any live patients or any deceased patients that come for my care," Dr. Gates said in his own defense in a video on Instagram. Attorneys say the young couple feels betrayed, and believes Dr. Gates used them to increase his own notoriety. "Dr. Gates consciously waived his duty to this young couple. He traded his duty to them on exchange for likes and followers on Instagram," attorney Cory Lynch affirmed. The couple is undergoing trauma counseling. Both lawsuits are pending. |

Re: Parents Sue for Decapitation of Newborn
There's a shit ton of frivolous lawsuits from the black community but this sure ain't one of them. Hope they get an actually competent lawyer to handle the case for them so they have a better chance but I ain't hopeful since- well, it is Georgia after all Every time I see Fani Willis, I think, "WTF? Where did she come from?!" and I want Trump to be held accountable |
