Re: Ohio Cops Seek Charges in 'ice Bucket' Prank on Autistic Teen
They identified some of the asshole kids that done this, just waiting for them to snitch out their friends before it goes to court. Possibly being tried as a hate crime. http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/...lawyer-n198781 |

Hate crime? That's so stupid, they shouldn't go to jail for something like that... Maybe just tell them not to do it again and keep the mong indoors from now on... I bet they got the idea from the movie Carrie, it's clearly just a funny joke being over-reacted to. |

I agree it's not a hate crime. The kids who did this are cruel and deserve to get into trouble. But they don't deserve to go to prison over it. It was a very cruel joke, and the kids should be charged with misdemeanor assault. And hopefully they get a creative judge who will give them a lot of very humbling community service.

This is Merica though so they'll probably be found guilty of assault with a deadly weapon (or something equally stupid because they'll claim the retard could have died, which while true could be said about a lot of things). Then they'll add the hate crime element and try to lock these poor fuckers up for 10 years plus.

Imagine if it was your child that got a bucket of piss and shit dumped over is head. How would you feel? You probably wouldn't care. Jerk. |

Re: Ohio Cops Seek Charges in 'ice Bucket' Prank on Autistic Teen
I'd think my kid is not respected by the other kids, or that he/she was just unlucky. If it was the former I'd look at ways to fix this situation, if it was the latter there's not much to think about. I still wouldn't view it as a crime, just as a prank where my child was the target due to his/her own shortcomings or due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time. In this specific case if I had a retarded son I'd tell him not to be so gullible and to stay away from the kids who did it to him. I'd still respect the successful prank for what it is. |
